In response to current requirements for metal surface treatment, this treatment fluid, designed to simplify the process, reduce energy consumption, and simplify maintenance, has been developed. It utilizes a zinc phosphate film system, supplemented with catalysts, surfactants, depolarizers, and passivators. This fluid integrates low-temperature degreasing, rust removal, phosphating, and passivation. This product is suitable for general pre-treatment applications such as painting and plastic spraying.

Scope of Application: Suitable for phosphating various metal workpieces prior to painting.

Instructions: 1. Treatment Temperature: Room Temperature. 2. Total Acidity of the Working Fluid: 180-250 Pt. 3. Free Acidity of the Working Fluid: 80-110 Pt. 4. Immersion Wipe Test Time: 20-40 minutes.

Packaging: 25kg or 30kg plastic drums.

Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse at a recommended temperature of 5-35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. Under normal storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of one year.
