This film features a high P ratio and extremely low dissolution rate, making it a suitable phosphate primer for electrophoretic coating. The film exhibits a uniform, fine, smooth medium-gray appearance, free of mottled or metallic highlights.
Application: Suitable for phosphating various metal workpieces prior to electrophoresis.
Instructions:
1. Treatment Temperature: 38-45°C
2. Total Acidity of the Working Fluid: 18-28 Pt
3. Free Acidity of the Working Fluid: 0.8-1.8 Pt
4. Spraying Time: 2-3 minutes
5. Immersion Time: 3-8 minutes
Packaging: 25kg or 30kg plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse. The recommended storage temperature is 5-35°C. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. Under normal storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of one year.
