This product is a brownish-yellow, transparent liquid formulated with a high-performance synthetic lubricant, extreme pressure additives, rust inhibitors, and various additives, offering excellent thermal stability.
Product Features:
1. The system is mineral oil-free, and the transparent diluted solution facilitates observation of processing conditions. Suitable for both cutting and grinding processes.
2. Contains unique lubricating additives that significantly improve machining accuracy and extend tool life.
3. Excellent cooling and cleaning properties, providing a long-lasting rust protection period.

Scope of Application:
Mainly used for cutting and grinding operations, with excellent results in the machining of cast iron, carbon steel, and alloy steel. Instructions for Use:
1. Before first use, the cooling system of the processing equipment must be cleaned thoroughly.
2. Add cutting fluid to water at a ratio of 8%-10% for light-duty machining and 3%-5% for grinding. Stir until a homogeneous, transparent liquid is obtained before use. To ensure that the required machining conditions are met, replenish the stock solution promptly.
3. During downtime, circulate the working fluid for 15 minutes daily to prevent the formation of ozone bacteria, which may affect product performance. Packaging: 25kq plastic drum, 200kg iron drum.
Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse away from open flames and heat sources. The recommended storage temperature is 5-35°C. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. Under normal storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of one year.
