Product Introduction
This product is an oily liquid refined from a novel lubricant and other additives. It is a versatile, versatile, water-soluble cutting fluid with excellent performance.

Application:
1. Materials: Suitable for machining cast iron, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, etc.
2. Processing Methods: Suitable for heavy-duty turning, milling, drilling, boring, reaming, broaching, and other cutting operations.
3. Usage: Suitable for both stand-alone machines and centralized liquid supply and circulation cooling systems. Instructions:
1. Clean the tank and piping before mixing the fluid. Use pure water for mixing.
2. Slowly add 5%-10% emulsion and 4%-5% grinding fluid to the pure water in the tank, stir thoroughly, and then recycle.
3. When preparing, add the emulsion to the water; never add water to the emulsion.
4. If the liquid level drops and needs replenishment, replenish it promptly according to the tank ratio.
Packaging: 25kg plastic drum, 200kg iron drum.
Storage:
This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and ventilated warehouse, away from open flames and heat sources. The recommended storage temperature is 5-35°C. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. Under normal storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of one year.
