Product Features: This product is a high-temperature manganese-based film-forming agent that forms a manganese phosphate-based film with excellent corrosion resistance and oil absorption on rotating sliding surfaces of steel products. Applied by the immersion method, the resulting film significantly improves the wear resistance of rotating sliding surfaces such as pistons, piston rings, cylinder (oil cylinder) liners, valve lifters and cam followers, camshafts, and motor adjustment bases. Key features of this treatment include: the film prevents direct contact between dissimilar metals on rotating sliding surfaces, preventing undesirable phenomena such as sintering and galling. The film also exhibits excellent oil absorption, enhancing the lubricity of the treated surface. Minor scratches during machining can be eliminated with this treatment, and the film is corrosion-resistant.

Application: Suitable for bearing parts made of carburizing steel and bearing steel. It can also be used for phosphating various metal materials prior to painting. Usage Instructions: 1. Treatment Temperature: 95-100°C. 2. Working Fluid Total Acidity: 50-80Pt. 3. Acid Ratio: 5.6-6.0. 4. pH Value: 2.0-2.5. Packaging: 25kg or 30kg plastic drums.
Storage: This product should be stored in a dry, cool, and well-ventilated warehouse. The recommended storage temperature is 5-35°C. Avoid direct sunlight and rain during storage and transportation. Under normal storage conditions, this product has a shelf life of one year.
